Where is Lead Connect AI based?+
We're based in Abbotsford, BC and serve the Fraser Valley, Metro Vancouver and the rest of Canada remotely. You work with a local team, not an overseas chat window.
Pricing
How much does a small business website cost in BC?+
A professional, mobile-friendly website from Lead Connect AI starts at $499 one-time for up to 5 pages, a contact form, basic Google setup and one revision round, live in 7 days. Adding the CRM follow-up system starts at $197/month.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. The one-time website fee is credited toward setup when you upgrade to a plan.
Is there an annual billing discount?+
Yes. You can pay any CRM plan monthly or annually. Pay annually and you save the equivalent of two months — about 10 months for the price of 12. The one-time website fee is unchanged either way.
Do prices include tax?+
No — all prices are in CAD plus applicable taxes.

How long does it take to build a website?+
Most sites are live in 7 days once we have your content and brand details. Larger or custom builds may take longer, and we'll agree on timing on the free call.
Do I own my website?+
Yes. The $499 site is a one-time purchase and you own it. If you take a plan, the website is included with your subscription.
