These terms govern your use of the Lead Connect AI website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

We build websites and provide a CRM with lead follow-up automation. Website builds are a one-time purchase; CRM plans are month to month and cancelable anytime. Setup fees are one-time. All prices are in CAD plus applicable taxes.

Website builds

The $499 website package includes up to 5 pages, a contact form, basic Google setup and one revision round, with a target of live in 7 days once we have your content. Larger or custom builds may be quoted separately and may take longer.

Subscriptions

CRM plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The one-time website fee is credited toward setup when you upgrade to a plan.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and to comply with CASL and other applicable laws when contacting your own leads through our system.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Connect AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
